Hashpaid gives a wallet-to-wallet USDG payment a clear purpose: an invoice you can share, follow, and connect to an onchain receipt.

The name brings together transaction hash + paid. An invoice describes the payment you expect. The transaction hash points to the payment recorded onchain.

Guide and application

This guide explains the Hashpaid payment flow, and the examples in it are illustrative. Use the Hashpaid application to check currently available payment features.

01 / GETTING STARTED

From work to a payment request.

Start with a compatible wallet, the recipient’s address and an amount in USDG. Confirm the network shown in the application before continuing.

  1. Connect your wallet

    Open Hashpaid and select your wallet. Confirm you are using the intended account and network. Your wallet is where you review and approve transactions.

  2. Create your invoice

    Enter the amount, the recipient address and a description of the work. Review the details carefully before sharing the payment request.

  3. Share the invoice link

    Send the generated link to your customer. It brings the payment details into one place so they can review the request before paying.

  4. Follow the payment

    Once a customer submits a payment, follow the transaction through confirmation and verification. Keep the final invoice and transaction record together.

Know where the payment stands.

The landing page illustrates nine moments in a payment. Some are steps in the user journey rather than separate statuses in the application.

How to read the payment journey

Submitted does not mean paid.

A transaction may still be pending, fail, or contain details that do not match the invoice. Wait for confirmation and matching checks before treating the invoice as settled.

03 / VERIFICATION

Match the payment to the request.

A transaction hash identifies a transaction. To use that transaction as proof of payment, the details must match the invoice.

  • Network

    The transaction is on the network specified by the invoice.

  • Asset

    The transferred asset is the exact USDG token contract specified by the invoice, on that network.

  • Recipient

    The receiving address matches the invoice recipient.

  • Amount

    The received amount matches the requested amount.

  • Result

    The transaction completed successfully and meets the application’s confirmation requirements.

Read an onchain receipt

Keep the invoice reference, recipient, amount, network and transaction hash together. When an explorer link is available in the app, use it to inspect the transaction record directly.

A screenshot or copied hash alone does not establish that the right wallet received the right asset and amount. The transaction details provide the evidence.

04 / WALLETS & USDG

The payment stays in your hands.

Hashpaid’s non-custodial flow is designed around payments from a payer’s wallet to the recipient’s wallet. Review the amount and destination inside your wallet before approving a transaction.

Before you pay

  • Use the network and asset specified on the invoice.
  • Have enough USDG for the payment and ETH for network fees, unless the application explicitly sponsors them.
  • Check the complete recipient address, not only its shortened display.
  • Confirm the transaction details in your wallet before signing.

USDG on Robinhood Chain

Hashpaid uses USDG only. Every invoice specifies an amount in USDG, a recipient and Robinhood Chain as the network. Your customer pays that exact asset to the invoice recipient.

Use the USDG token contract enabled by the application and check it against the official network contract directory. A ticker alone does not identify an asset. Keep ETH for network fees unless the application explicitly sponsors them.

05 / TROUBLESHOOTING

A little more clarity.

My wallet is on a different network.

Compare the network in your wallet with the invoice. Switch to the required network before submitting a payment. An asset with the same symbol on a different network is not the same payment.

The payment is taking longer than expected.

Check the transaction in your wallet or network explorer. If it is still pending, wait for a result before paying again. Keep its transaction hash for reference.

The transaction succeeded, but the invoice is not paid.

Compare the network, asset, recipient and amount with the invoice. If they match, allow the application time to refresh. Keep the invoice reference and transaction hash when requesting help through any support channel provided in the application.

I rejected the request in my wallet.

Rejecting a request prevents that approval from being submitted. Return to the invoice and review the details again when you are ready.

I sent a different amount or used another address.

Do not assume the invoice will be marked paid automatically. Check the transaction record and coordinate with the recipient before sending another payment.

Can I pay with a bank card?

The described flow uses USDG in a compatible wallet. Card purchases or fiat conversion would require a separate provider; they are not part of this payment flow.

Invoice
A payment request containing the recipient, amount and description.
Wallet
The software or device used to manage an address and approve transactions.
USDG
Global Dollar, the only payment asset supported by Hashpaid.
ETH
The native gas token used to pay Robinhood Chain transaction fees.
Robinhood Chain
The blockchain network used in the Hashpaid payment flow.
Transaction hash
A unique identifier used to locate a transaction on its network.
Onchain verification
Checking the transaction record against the payment details expected by an invoice.
Non-custodial
A flow in which the user’s wallet controls payment approval and funds go directly to the recipient.
